Microsoft has partnered with Mural to create the eBDS Program.
An eBDS is a remotely delivered Business Design Session. A Proof of Concept for this program is currently in progress.
Mural is a leading SaaS advisory firm that has helped over 300 companies to overcome hurdles on the road to a successful Software + Services implementation. As a result of these engagements, they have used their wealth of experience to develop and refine a best practice SaaS Maturity Model that is based on 40 Key Success Factors (KSFs) that are organized into 5 Key Process Areas (KPAs).
The eBDS Program is focused specifically on the 8 KSFs in the Go-To-Market Effectiveness KPA. These 8 KSFs apply to all 4 phases of the Software + Services lifecycle (Investigating, Planning, Building and In-Market). Our experience shows that a single area of immaturity in a firm’s go-to-market approach can inhibit the entire success of their Software + Services offering.
A company engaging in an eBDS will follow a process consisting of:
- An eLearning Activity
- An eStrategy Workshop
In addition, we will request one person to own a Self Assessment Activity and completion of an eBDS Survey providing background details about the company.
