In 5 months Mural conceptualized, designed and deployed a customer-centric online ordering system integrated with Qwest’s existing IT infrastructure that was intuitive, clear, and fast. The solution included a compelling customer-facing user interface, integrated multiple order channels, and reduced order completion time. The design focused on quick input methods, order entry processes based on real customer behavior, promotion of recommended bundles, and clear calls-to-action, even in order fall-out scenarios.
